Heated arguments and or debates:
If you find your self in an argument or heated debate, you will be asked to take it to PM or off the forum and to another place for the following three reasons.
1. Arguments destroy the friendly atmosphere which we all would like to enjoy with which a lot of time and money has been spent to set up for you to enjoy for free.
2. Other members may feel uncomfortable seeing or reading such posts as they are some with AS who may feel uncomfortable about being in and or around such an environment of hostility.
3. There are members who have yet to join who will be reading these posts and may be put off joining, sending out the wrong message and giving the wrong impression not just of the forum but of other members.
Whilst we at Spectrum Forums do not in any way wish to stifle lively and healthy debate, it is felt that when a debate turns hostile or unpleasant you will be asked to take it to a more privet place such as MSN, email or PM
NB: if any argument or debate turns to the point of unacceptable level of unpleasantness where a formal complaint is sent by another member This will be investigated and action will be taken.
Such levels are those of threats of violence or bullying in a verbal or physical nature.
It is for you who wish to enjoy this new, wonderful and friendly place to meet other aspies, their friends and families this decision has been made.
